4 cores which will come in handy with streaming

decent iGPU

much better PSU, can drop in a 970 if you wanted to but :P

http://ca.pcpartpicker.com/p/HV2Tcf is where I'm starting from, I have a hard drive but I'm looking for a graphics card. I will be playing not very demanding games, and streaming to twitch, so I need a graphics card that will not overpower my monitor (1024 x 768) res and 60hz refresh. also I'm looking for best performance optimization, no stutters, constant 60 fps

"can drop in a 970 if you wanted to but :P"

I'm planning to upgrade down the line to 1080 p so I think a 970 would be in line :)

Or maybe a 960
