Fan Splitter, Case modding, and more

So this involves a few things.

1: My case comes with ONE fan, it's a 92mm fan. Well my GPU fans face up away from it ( yeah I know it's backwards, everything in the case is backwards ) The mobo only has one fan header, is there a thing that says splits it into 2 3 pin headers?

2: If this is right, my case has a few vents on it and I think I could manage to mod a 92mm fan onto the side panel where a vent is. Would this be a good idea to help airflow?
