Impressions on BenQ XL2420Z?

Fibeus

So, I promise this the last monitor thread I make... BUT. I kinda think that this is the monitor I am going to go for. Would love some feedback on it, or if there exist other similar options for cheaper! Thanks :)

2411Z is basically the same.

I have it myself and I love it. It just needs tweaking for colors, which will take a while, but after that's done it's a perfect 144hz screen. It looks nearly if not the same as my BenQ VA panel.

So it's great for either Games or movies :)

I have the 2430T which is quite similar (144hz 1080p with an s-switch), and it is awesome - however it is still TN. The colors are quite dull compared to IPS with it's insane contrast that I love, but 144hz totally makes up for it being TN

CPU: I7 4790K(4.6@1.252v)                               Case: Fractal Design Define R5 Windowed(Black)           Cooler: CM 212 EVO + NF F12 iPPC

RAM: HyperX Fury 1600MHZ CL10 2x4GB      Storage: Samsung 850 EVO(250GB) + WD Red(2TB)      PSU: Corsair RM750 (and no, it hasn't blown up!)

MoBo: Asus Maximus VII Ranger                      Graphics: MSI GTX 970 TwinFrozr (1494MHZ Core)       OS: Windows 10 Enterprise

The 2 you guys mentioned have 150 euro difference where I live! The 2430T being the one that costs 450 euro compared to the 2411z that costs 305 euro. How is the difference in cost justified?

The XL2430T is mostly justified by the S-Switch which is not needed (a wired controller that makes it a ton easier to go through the menu). The 2411Z looks ugly to me, I had the extra money to burn - there shouldn't be a big difference between the 2411z, 2430t and 2420z - the same panels are used as far as I know

I might go for the cheaper one.. I need a new chair hahaha. Looks solid. It has a solid base from the looks of it, and if the actual quality is similar I don't mind the looks, that I find good tbh. Thanks guys :)

you pay 105euro extra for just the switch + different look of the monitor... that's it. The panel is exactly the same, so there's no difference in how it performs.

I never switch modes or whatever, so I don't need that S-switch, and the benq 2411z looks fine to me. + if you do switch modes.. that's also possible on the 2411Z, it just takes a little longer, but that's it.
