Depends what your budget is.

$200 Get an R9 380

$300-$350 get a R9 390

~$400ish R9 390x

$500 GTX 980

$550 R9 Fury

$650 GTX 980 Ti.

Budget is the most important thing. Once I know that I can reccodmend specfic brands and cards :)

A few things... What's your budget? "That I can afford" is not a budget to work with. I wouldn't get the r7 370 at all. Try the r9 380, and if you have somewhere in the 300 dollar range to spend then go for something like the 970 or AMD counterpart. You won't need a 980 or above for 1080p gaming as of now. Secondly, you should think about getting a monitor to game on. Also, all cards will be stable at the right overclock. The overclock varies from card to card and all will become unstable at some point. Finally, the best way to find out what to get is to look at the benchmarks for each card, compare them, and decide which one satisfies your needs.

If it was me I would look for at least 600w, something like the Antec HCG 620w reasonable price, but something along those lines.

Having a bit of headroom is never bad.

600W i was thinking to go with 650 wat ,to on safe side since i had two Gpu burned out .

I saw Sappire R9 380 Review And it's much pretty but GTX 970 won that card in the game performance,

but maybe because both of them been made from different manufactures ,

about the monitor i think i can effort Samsung 24Inch Led LCD monitor or Benq 24 inch but i see The HDTV 1080p is much better than monitors otherwise i can get 2K resolution when i am doing my video editing .and i can go higher to 4 K if i connected both of the screens i have .i am kinda hesitating to buy monitor

what the different between them anyway

on more question about the SSD i have Kingston ssdnow V300 120GB i am wondering if i bought another one 120GB and merged them on raid 0 i think it would let me to put the coast different on the gpu

Upgrade that PSU - it will melt down with anything above a 380/960 - literally.

For gaming it's generally better to have a monitor. This is because normally there's less response time. For example a monitor normally has around a 5ms response time while a tv could have around 30. This is essential for fast paced games like first person shooters.

SeaSonic M12II Evo is quite a bit better than the CM - the CM GM series are mediocre at best whereas the M12II Evo units are amongst the best PSUs on the market for people with a tighter budget that won't allow for the high end shiny stuff.

I would honestly get the SeaSonic M12II Evo over the GM series PSU - from Cooler Mater, only the V and VSM series are good - the other ones are iffy and could cuase issues if you overclock and or push them a bit harder.

SeaSonic aka SafeSonic, is probably the best PSU OEM around - literally everything they make is awesome and works without error.

As for SSDs, the V300 series have some issues with the speeds listed not actually being achievable IIRC - get 1 840 Evo from Samsung - those are the best on the market.

That SSD seems better but I'm not sure - haven't really dug around about it.

I did some search for comparing that ssd KingSton HyperX 3K with Kingston HyperX Savage I found Big Difference Between of them Savage Version is Higher than 3K version which means it's more stable and high performance .also about the PSU i found it doesn't includes 6Pin for PCI_E16 , which made me go to cooler master GM-Series G650M , sound i will change the PSU and The SSD to these ones :

PSU Would be Cooler Master GM-Series G650M Modular PSU 12V 80 plus Bronze

SSD Would be Kingston HyperX Savage 240GB Solid State Drive

Get a PSU from tier 2 or tier 1 - preferably.

No problem - SeaSonic PSUs are the best of the best - they are in a league of their own you could say :D. A SeaSonic M12II Evo 620W will be enough for OCing and future upgrades.
