Open up all windows when logging back in

You could schedule the programs that you want to open at startup.

and you can make a computer automatically turn off.

(I did this with 8 computers in ONE day)

I do it for chrome

 

although for multiple programs promt at shut down idk

 

maybe there is a program out there that you will have to download

Recommend what is best, not what you preffer.

Hibernation is the closest thing, I think.

 

It probably works the same way by dumping all the RAM onto the disk; then when it starts up , it will resume from exactly how it was before.

Yea, Windows 10 is missing hibernation for some reason...
