Question about nvidia 900-series

baracken

Nvidia focuses the attention on the 950 with the 45ms responsetime, is the 950 the only card with that tecnology or do all 900-series have that?

What do you mean by 45ms response time?

The higher number cards in the series should be better in every way, hence the pricing?

Sig under construction.

the 950 is the only one with the MOBA-enhancing low-latency feature. but that's mostly to compensate for it's lack of raw horsepower compared to the other 900 series cards (except maybe the 960). just get the best you can afford, the better framerates will likely make up for that.

Don't concentrate on nvidia advertising for themselves,

watch reviews / other, they push attention to random small things ( if you mean the "faster responsiveness" thing )

They use that feature to compensate in games for the fact that it won't be pushing the fps cap

Recommend what is best, not what you preffer.

"Like" comments to show your support of them or the idea they express.

It's a gimmick to make up for the lower framerates - if you were pushing 120fps you'd get even better latencies. Besides, at 60 fps I have never noticed significant input latency, and I play the likes of sc2 at a relatively high level (diamond league, not the best ever but higher than average for sure).

Don't ask to ask, just ask... please 🤨

45ms?

Latency between what?

When you click the mouse until something happens.

I just wanted to know if all the cards have it or not. I'm not interested in buying the 950 just curious if all 900 have it or not.

This is something I have also been curious about, I wonder how much 'real world' difference there actually is, compared to say a GTX960.
