Mobo dilemma

My cpu of choice would be a core-i5 4690 and I am wondering if a MSI H97 Mobo is really worth the extra cash rather than a gigabyte GA-b85 atx version mobo?

you mean 4690 right?

because the 4960x is very different

It depends on a lot of stuff besides the CPu choice.

Cpu- 4690

Gpu- MSI R9 380 4g version

Ram- Hyperx 2 sticks of 4gb 1600mhz

 PSU- 500 w evga

OS: Windows 8

Case: Corsair 230t

and wifi card
