Shure 215 Earphones?

Vizinal

Hi, I've just got some money and I was looking into getting a good pair of In ear headphones. The Shure 215's look really good and have really good things but is there any other recommendations. I also know about the Momentums from Sennheiser. Thanks

Both the Momentum and the SE215s are amazing earbuds. I haven't personally heard the Momentums, but I have used the 215s and I'm seriously in love with them. They're clear without being too... well anything. They're pretty laid back and neutral - especially considering their $99 price tag and outstanding build quality.

What are the genres you listen to and what's your source?

|  Athlon 750K   |   EVGA GTX 750 Ti FTW  |  Acer Aspire E15 - i5 6200u, 940M  |

|  Sennheiser HD 518   |   FiiO E10K DAC and Amp  |

LOL SE215 is anything bad but clear and neutral. VSD3s sounds better than SE215, no competition

Yeah that's pretty true that the VSD3s are clearer, but "better" is all up to the listener. Good point there, however.

But to say that the 215s aren't clear and neutral is wrong. Yeah they're not totally flat, I never said that, but they're damn clear for $99.

SE215 is rich and thick, but definitely not clear. Hifiman Re-400 now that's one clear sounding IEM for $100

I would consider the Re-400s but I want a sturdy pair that will last me, reviews say that the cable on the Re-400s isn't the most reliable
