Help understanding System File Checker command log

BigC_13

I've been running into constant Critical process died errors on my PC recently, I was also having other errors I detailed in a recent post but those seem to all have been resolved by swapping out my mobo, this is the only one that has persisted.

Anyhow I found this post suggesting I run a system file checker command. I ran the command and lo and behold I have corrupt files that could not be repaired. It has given me the log file (google drive link to log here) but I have no idea what to look for here. I'm hoping someone could help me out?

Thanks in advance.

What was you doing when it failed, updating? first part of the log seems to indicate that with TiWorker.

Seriously if your PC is fine now don't worry about CBS, you need event viewer for anything, also a tip for SFC usage, have a good config backup ready for such an incident where you can restore the file.
