Photo Editing Monitor

I need a monitor which will allow me to do photo editing.

 

I shoot with a cannon 5d Mk 3.

 

This will be a secondary monitor, so either 24 or 27 inch. Neither is prefered over the other.

 

I have a budget of $305 or £200

 

I'm not sure if something like a 4k monitor would be best but something for editing photos would be well over $305.

 

Any suggestions would be appreciated. 

 

Btw im an amateur photographer and videographer, so no $2000 suggestions please!
