I think you can download it off steam in 6 minutes but you wont be able to play it just yet, this is based off this:

yeah they missed out on this game a bit - though Konami probably shafted them for a reason.

I honestly have been thinking that for a while. I feel like Konami has their codes locked down hard. They have those dollar signs in their eyes.
