What do you think ? I was thinking also about getting the white Air 540, with White Asus z170-A  Instead of the gaming one, but im not sure how it would look, so please help, any opinions and suggestions are always welcome !

Later on Im thinking of installing White LEDs, so throw ur opinion at me !

Press the [bB] button, copy, and paste it here. We can't see your parts list right now, it's stored locally on your PC.

What are you using this for? First thing I would change is the PSU. EVGA's NEX series isn't great. Their G2 and GS series are much better

Will use it mainly for casual gaming, 980 is a bit too much for me, and since I want to do some video editing/streaming I ended up with an i7

What about Corsair RM750  ? Better replacement ?

This would be my suggestion. The extra cost of DDR4 and Skylake is not worth the performance IMO. You'd get a better experience by changing it to the 4790K, a better PSU, an SSD and a much nicer monitor.

CPU: Intel Core i7-4790K 4.0GHz Quad-Core Processor  (£252.00 @ Aria PC)
Motherboard: MSI Z97S SLI Krait Edition ATX LGA1150 Motherboard  (£86.37 @ Amazon UK)
Storage: Samsung 850 EVO-Series 120GB 2.5" Solid State Drive  (£52.69 @ Amazon UK)
Video Card: Gigabyte GeForce GTX 970 4GB WINDFORCE 3X Video Card  (£255.70 @ Aria PC)
Case: Corsair Air 540 ATX Mid Tower Case  (£106.78 @ More Computers)
Monitor: Dell U2414H 60Hz 23.8" Monitor  (£175.00 @ Aria PC)
Total: £1150.56
Prices include shipping, taxes, and discounts when available

Not a bad PSU, but expensive for what it is. G2 series is much better for the price. Or Super Flower's Leadex Gold PSUs.

You can run the system on 550W, there's not really a need for 750W.

No. The RM series aren't exactly the best Psus around. They are *fine*, but for the price, you can get better stuff for cheaper.

Still, you don't need 750w. You would live jsut fine with a 500~600w PSU. You can save yourself some bucks by going with that. The rest of the setup is okay, although you could probably save on that motherboard.

I was considering it, but z170 seems a bit more future-proof than z97, but that is true, since the price is more or less the same, may think of adding a kraken x61, hmmmm

Thing is, I may be adding another 970 later on , in 6 months , so was considering getting a 750 from now on instead of buying another one later on

The performance difference is so small that it doesn't make it any more "future proof" really. Bear in mind that Sandy Bridge CPUs are still relevant, and they're several generations old now. The CPU performance has been increasing very slowly for the past few years, so the 4790K is still very relevant.

If you can afford, go for an EVGA G2/GS 750W then.

It's actually one of the cheapest, good quality 750W units available. A lot of the other good ones are a fair bit more expensive.

For example, the Leadex Gold, which is around the same quality is closer to £100

It looks good. I would really want to put an SSD in a high end system though.

You could cut back on the cooler, as the NH-D15 really isn't needed.
