I need a simple yes or no answer. I want to create an acces point using my new TP LINK router however I don't have a long enough Ethernet cable, can I use a power line kit to skip the cable.

By that I mean this > means connecte to

Router 1 > homeplug 1 > homeplug 2 > router 2 (AP)

I need the second router because the homeplug can't make a wifi signal just Ethernet

It would work. But there is the option to buy an wifi repeater.

If the distance is so long you need to make sure that they wall plugs are on the same electric circuit on the house. All though some powerline ethernet plugs can jump on different circuits.

I guess speedwise your better of with power line compared to a ton  of repeaters anyway.

If its on the same circuit breaker group, you should be able to with no problem :)
