Razer mamba TE help

I just bought the razer mamba te and I'm having issue with it. At times it will die completely. The lights are still going and there's power to it but the cursor and all the buttons won't respond. Anyone else have this issue??? Please no razer bashing! If you want to bash razer make your own thread!
