Audio Issues with GE62 APACHE (GTX 960M)

My friend Stephen just got his GE62 Apache (960M), and it has audio issues like no other laptop I've heard, the reverb is intense, Cortana isn't understandable, etc.

He installed Windows 10 fresh after receiving the laptop, before installing anything else.

He's tried to install audio drivers and other drivers, and nothing is working to fix the audio, please try to help.

Any help is appreciated.

This isn't a good sub for troubleshooting, take it to that sub by double post or reporting your thread to moderation.
