So today they just showed off a demo of RCT World at PAX Prime. It looks great, and Im definitely going to buy it when it comes out. Rct was my first game ever, and my only game for the first year of my gaming life. If RCT world is able to combine the engine and style of Cities Skylines, with RCT3 and No Limits, it will be my dream game. The steam workshop is just the cherry on the cake here for me!  :D

yasssss. When i was younger I wasn't playing on PC and for my 11th BDay I got Thrillville Off The Rails and I thought it was awesome, then I play Roller Coaster Tycoon and it blew my mind. However I had more fun with TV OTR.

I remember the really really old roller coaster tycoon from the 1990's, something like 1999. That one was ballin'

I don't really have much interest in a "new" roller coaster tycoon. It's probably going to be even worse than the new sim city that was released. It's just going to be better graphics and worse game play.

FUCK YES. 10 years without a sequel had me waiting the whole time. I'm so hyped.

I hope not. And SimCity wasn't even bad. I thought it was great.

I agree, I think SimCity was awesome. My only gripe about it was that you can't make your cities bigger. Sure you can have clusters but it's not the same.

I'm just personally blown away by just the station. The detail is just immense. If you look at just the ceiling portion, it looks REAL in some spots. The fact that everything is now a 3d model is huge compared to RCT3's 2d trees.

They fired the previous dev because the game looked soo bad. They hired a new dev, and are now using a new engine. That's why its behind schedule.

Hey, but you gotta remember. RCT was released in 2004. At that time, that would be trying to play any modern day FPS, it was real intensive.
