Helping my friend build a PC...

Simba
Go to solution Solved by DarkBlade2117,

I figured it would be okay as I have one.

Any better suggestions?

Spend a bit more on the PSU,

Get a EVGA b2 G2 or GS

ANY XFX SeaSonic or SuperFlower.

The CPU needs to stay intel and the gpu needs to stay exactly the same. Would you guys change anything?

Avoid getting a CX PSU and CIT are really bad

Is 550W enough to be future proof? I know I sound like a hypocrite considering I had a 500W one on there but if he's spending extra shouldn't he get a higher wattage just to be on the safe side?

550W is more than enough although you can get a Seasonic 620W M12II EVO on Scan for like £66 but I dunno whether it's in stock

Thanks. He wants to stick with the 700w just because it's not a lot more to spend and it's a pretty big jump to 700w for a small jump in price.

Anything else you guys have to add before i go to bed?
