Corsair m95 gaming mouse (NEED HELP)

i just buy a M95 gaming mouse by Corsair couple day ago everything just work fine in first try in my computer, but the problem come after i start the computer again mouse active all light on led profile work right clik left click work just fine but the cursor cant move at All can someone help with this because i just try everything in corsair forum about this problem not single try work it for me. really need help sorry for bad english
