Decent Chair Suggestions?

JakeMnz

So I'm finally moving into my dorm room soon but much to my dismay the desk chairs are small, wooden, and horribly uncomfortable. For most people, this is no issue to be honest. For me however it's bad because I have lower back problems and I'll be spending a good amount of time at my PC because of my major.

What I need is a simple desk chair that is comfortable, has decent lumbar support (not super important, I can just put a pillow behind me), and is sub $150. Preferably close to $100. I'd bring my current one but.. It's kind of 10 years old and.. Gross.. I've found a lot of nice looking ones online, but most of them are flooded with reviews that show how weak the arms are, or how bad the pneumatic cylinder is, etc. I was hoping someone in or was in a relatively similar situation could help me out and throw me some suggestions.

Yes I know it's smarter to shop at a local store rather than online, but where I went all of the chairs were overpriced and the ones that were good were sold out online.

Do you not have a Ikea or something because you can literally just look for a decent office chair and use that. Those special gaming chairs are a waste of money

I don't, closest one is several hours away. I have a Staples, "Overpriced Inc."

I'm not looking for a special gaming chair, I'm just looking for a decent cheap chair that won't fall apart after a few months.

It's going to sound picky, but that's too big. I've already looked at it and considered it, but I need a desk chair. A desk chair small enough to fit in a dorm room with 3 beds. My desk isn't huge, something like the Amazon Basics chair would work nicely. It just needs to not be complete rubbish like the Amazon Basics chair.
