That's the plan eventually it acts as like an average the only thing is I will have to make a page for every product unless there is an easier way?

it should be like 10 different pages, not too much.

 

if you want to do things cool you can pull it off with just 1 well made page that is a template and is quickly parametrized to adapt to the different components. this is the wrong sub for this discussion though :) open a discussion in the other sub or pm me if you want a deeper explaination

Day 2: 

So today i made a simple basic template, that will do for now to allow users to enter data into a table, its not pretty yet, but i want to get it fully working before i make it look nice

It also scales beautifully to tablet and phone

Just too add, might be a good idea to make the specification input drop-downs (make, model, clock speed, performance options etc), so you can dictate the format of people's submission

that is true, but drop downs are extremely hard to pull data from plus how many possible clockspeeds is there:P , and this will only be temporary, because when i get the login system made, everything will be dictated from the control panel in settings, i guess this will be for me and any beta testers :P

i like that.... need an idea for a logo, a pc case with a looking glass(magnifying glass) that slightly enlarges the image inside?

Day 3: haven't really had much time on it tonight, had to prep some of the house for paint, then i made my pc speakers wireless, so i have only spent 2 hours on it in that time i have again been working on the submitting data side of things and to make the data more reliable, ive started to use drop downs thank you @Ciccioo for that . then i have finially started the PHP side of things, so i can now finially Add CPU data to a temp database, where the plan is an admin (me) will have to approve the data before it is added, until i made some sort of, bot? that only allows maybe 10% difference to the current value. i wont have much time tomorrow either Dentist (checkup)  and to paint what i prepped today. anyway so here is today's progress. i go back to school on Friday so im trying to finish all the things i started. so the start of next week i should be spending more time on this, and hopefully have it completed for Christmas.

Day 4: hardly had any time on it today with dentist checkup (all clear) and finially got all my school work done, took hours, then did some more paining in the house. so i have now added a very tiny amount of validation to the input, and i can also now display all of the cpus entered into a list.

It seems that tech companies and websites try to market with edgy names, maybe something a little "cooler" would do you some good.. idk maybe something with the word pro in it ProPcSpecs.Com perslaps?
