There are no headphones with microphones. Unless you count inline mics for iphones like in the B&W P7.

Also, really weak OP. The internet isn't some big truck you just dump something on.

......Man, this thread is weaker than the tea I drink...

You're looking for a headset, anon, for which there is no single objectively best headset.

And given how you failed to list a budget and a specific need for it, you're kinda boned...

if you're looking for a headset, you're better off just looking yourself. so many styles, from so many manufacturers, with so many models to run to the store for. and even then, the entirety of theselection you get is not only dependant on price to performance ration, but also your computer's ability to perceive sound signals, such as, do you require 3.5mm jacks, or will USB do, do you have a sound card, or do you tend to stick with onboard sound, maybe you have an external DAC instead, ect and so forth.

However, if you're not going to listen to reason, then allow me to give you my own take on a decent pair, and you can see for yourself if they fit the bill.

Sentey has several headsets with mics attached that i find have amazing sound quality. my own headset, the Sentey Soniq Boom, has 7.1 virtual with a good mic. however, with any sound device you have to know how to make it sound it's best to your setup.

THe headset i am looking to replace this current one with, actually, is the Sentey Harmoniq Pro. it has TRUE 5.1 surround sound and virtual 7.1 software included, and a replacement set of earcups (cloth mesh, but don't think they are cleannable like logitech's) with mic that can be bent and placed anywhere along the length of the cable it's on.

Current Rig: Case: Coolermaster MasterBox 5 Mid-tower. CPU: Core I5-6600K. GPU: Nvidia GTX GeForce 1070 Founders Edition. Mobo: Gigabyte GA-Z170-HD3P. RAM: Geil GA4 style 8GB 2400 x2 for 16GB total. SSD: Sandisk SD8SBAT-128G-1122 Z400. HDD: Toshiba 1TB Hard Drive

Current PeripheralsKeyboard: Logitech G710 Blue Edition. Mouse: Logitech G600 MMO Mouse @ Logitech M570 Trackball. Headphones: Philips SHP9500's. Mic: V-Moda Boom Pro. Monitors: a Dell 1440x900 cheapo and an RCA 32 inch 1080p tv. Webcam: Logitech C920

You can buy expensive pair of headphones all you want but if your sound quality is poor, you will not feel they make any difference, aside from knowing how much you paid for them).

And yes, the cost of premium hifi deadphones can go quite high up (like these for instance, and that's only for the headset itself  :) )
