Picture does not load

Sometimes i watch youtube videos and scrolling through facebook, the pictures sometimes wont load up normally

it looks something like this. this happens after i update my java

Thats odd for YouTube, because YouTube has nothing to do with Java. 

 

FaceBook.. meh.. stop using it.  (That's my jerkface way of having no advice.)

The awkward moment when the picture you've attached doesn't load... Have you tried using different browsers?

well no i havent try it, btw my i ask if ur pc specs can play games(games that is not really graphic intense like dota 2 or LoL or Minecraft or Csgo) in in default settings while getting mostly 100fps?
