This is the only one I personally know of.

http://www.razerzone.com/gb-en/surround I'm not sure how well it works but it does what you want.

Is there something like this?

Lots, all suck though. Get good open headphones and they'll be more accurate (e.g. AKG K612 Pro).

Do you want this for gaming? If so, check if your game has an option "headphone mode", that's already as good as virtual surround, if not better.

Got that (DT990 Pro with a Schiit Vali as an amp) but heard that 5.1 can be more accurate and what not
