I want to buy a 4k tv

EmeraldCube

So I'm looking for a 4k tv that's somewhere around $700 and has an amazing picture. I won't do some gaming on it, especially not fps games, more of a rpg/racing and stuff. I will be watching a lot of sports on it and movies and youtube videos. I don't care about it's size as long as it's not smaller than 40".

Now for a serius (if you spell it like that) answer after the US dollar crash i don't think you can get a 4k tv in your budget!

So if I want a 4k tv I'll have to spend more than $1000?

Well the thing is that I can get these TV's that look like a really good offer for $700 in my country(75.000 dinars) and they are mostly 43" that I like because I don't have enough space for +50" anyway and I just thing they are too big for sitting 2.5 meters away from it.

They all cost the same and what do you think. Is upscaling really a thing when it comes to these tv's and which one gives me the best picture?

Hmm I'm actually gonna go with this one http://www.lg.com/rs/televizori/lg-42UB820V-ultra-hd-tv since it's an IPS and it's really fast so it can be used for watching sports and the picture and the contrast is amazing as far as the owners said.
