BF3 issues

Battlefield 3 happens to be crashing on my PS3 for no reason. The screen just crases and doesn't move, i have to press the PS3's power button to turn it off.

 

Do you have any suggestion as how i can fix the issue?

Buy a pc problem solved.

Honestly I don't know could be a bad disc, overheating system bad HDD but this is not really a console forum.

I don't think it's a bad disc cause i've changed the disc 3 times.

yes the problem only occurs in BF3, it ocuured only one time in GTA V

Have you tried cleaning your ps3? It might be too dusty

This IS the console section.  Offer help when help is sought, or go back to your bedroom where you can remain alone.

Does it happen only with Battlefield?  If so, does it happen at the same point each time? 

 

Have you tried deleting the game and redownloading?  (Your saves are separate and won't be deleted with it.)

 

If you're playing off a disc, are patches/updated installed?  If so, try deleting the patches and playing again without them.  I had this exact issue with Modern Warfare 2 at one point.

no i haven't tried. Do you mean the disc lens or the air vents?

Hm. Good point. I guess I asked a silly question. If it launches without prompting you, it probably does.

Sorry, the air vents. Sometimes it'll just get too hot so it'll turn itself off.
