Thanks for the fantastic post! @Arct1c0n

We had a blast building this case and if anyone has any questions about it I'd be more then happy to answer them.

This thing looks great! What was the hardest part in the whole process of fabricating this case?

The hinge was a bit of a trick. but the most time was spent on all the steel diamond plate inside and out.

Nice work guys, I wish I had the good sense to use a rust paint, would have made my build quicker. :D

Cheers, Ken.

Imagination is just as important as knowledge.

Love the work you did on your mod! How long did it take the detail was fantastic!

@rodrosenberg I love what you did with that GPU and the PSU... my favorite parts on this mod!

I am going to invest some of my time doing mods to my PC in this year... but what you did is insane!

So we cut a normal corsair fan leaving just the bottom part that connects to the motor...as seen on our youtube

I removed the corsair fan blades with a heat gun leaving just the bare motor hub

After tearing apart a simple USB desk fan I carefully found the centers and used some JB weld (epoxy) to attach the metal blade to the fan hub.

I added some acrylic to the base of the fan cage so it would fit and then used JBWeld to attached the cage to the corsair fan base.

I've attached some photos to show a bit more!

Thanks I think those two things are my favorite part as well!

Time is the correct investment this whole mod cost about 300.00 plus computer parts oh and roughly 200+ hours :)

That is so much cooler than anything I have done...

My only venture so far into modding was to make a cardboard case, but im too afraid to use because of my "bad rap sheet with computer parts"

Thats that. If you need to get in touch chances are you can find someone that knows me that can get in touch.
