CSGO | Recording Issue

Hello i have this really weird issue while recording csgo. for some reason my recording just skips around and stutters. but i get like 100 - 120 fps? i can't figure out why this is happening any suggestions?

 

BTW i have a radeon 7770

 

Any help would be great thanks guys :D

I dont have V-Sync on in game? Also my res is stretch to 1024 x 768 4:3 and i use Dxtory and OBS to record

Well what recording software are you using.. specs of computer, what resolution are you trying to record at.
