Solved by You_are_a_cunt,
use 90deg angle SATA cables to avoid the GPU messing with them
the CPU cooler shouldn't interfere. It might come close to the GPU, but it won't matter. afaik there's somewhat of a standard regarding how much space the CPU coolers can take up when going down towards the PCI slots
