Stop F@H from starting at boot? (But use when i want)

I disabled the startup processes but then was unable to start F@H myself when i wanted to (i leave my pc on most of the time so when i do reboot i dont need F@H going as im most likely testing new bios settings or hardware)

So id like to know if its even possible to start F@H on your own when you have the processes disabled on boot. So far with my tinkering i couldnt get it.

Im on windows 10 if that helps.

windows + s and type "folding"

click on "folding@home

And that works even though the processes are disabled during boot?
