Yes, you can use them in the same system but obviously you can't SLI/Crossfire them.

You can't combine their features, no. Whichever one you plug your monitors into will be the one that renders images and games to the display. The second card would only be for GPU acceleration in supported programs, like Adobe software or 3D modeling.

Yes. You won't be able to combine their processing power to do one task (such as run a game) but you can use them separately to do different things.
