Making money in GTA V and stuttering while driving

I must be missing something but it seems not the missions do not result in money paid to the characters.  How does one make money in GTA V other than stock market trades as mentioned online.

 

Also the game seems to stutter badly now when driving. Using driver 355.60 using a Titan X.

You can rob armored bank trucks (decent payout) or killing people and collecting the money on them...

Make sure there isn't anything that's really using the cpu in the background. When malwarebytes did a scheduled scan while I was playing it was the most horrible experience- textures would pop up slowly so it would look like I'm driving in mid air, buildings would take forever to show up lol. Also try running older drivers because some people are having problems with the newer drivers. I'm using the gta5 release drivers atm.

Fixed.  I checked and apparently Geforce Experience had set a DSR of 4K with max settings.  Once corrected no stutter.
