Intel or Killer

I don't know what motherbouard to piclk. the price is almost the same but one comes with Intel LAN chip an the otherone with Killer. Wich one is better? The motherboards are Gigabyte GA-Z170X-Gaming 3 ATX Motherboard or Gigabyte GA-Z170XP-SLI ATX Motherboard.

If it's killer and intel with game first you won't notice the difference if you aren't doing crazy networking and WOL and NAS stuff. Killer and game first can prioritize internet bandwidth to some aplications so you can perhaps play a game while downloading something and it will give all internet needed to your game and use the rest for downloading so you don't get packetloss, ping... That's all i can say.

Intel NICs have little to no driver issues and are rock solid, so Intel IMO.

Use the intel NIC mobo. The specs of the Killer NIC might be better, but support for the Intel one is going to always be WAAAAAAAYYYYY better.
