Hey there Marcelo Delicia,

If you are moving from a HDD to a SSD I would recommend doing a fresh install of the OS on the SSD and then reinstall all your applications and games. Then you can simply move (with a copy/paste) all your other files that you want. Cloning is also an option but it involves risks of data loss and corruption, especially if you are moving the OS from a larger HDD to a smaller SSD (there's a chance that the SSD will be recognized as a HDD after the transfer and may get defragmented and thus degrade its life).

No, you can reuse the same key from your current OS. If you have trouble with the licence, you can contact the Os manufacturer and they can cancel your current licence and issue you a new one (if it's a OEM version or if there's some other problem). :)

Yes :) If you still want to check the key, there are guidelines on the internet on how to do that. You can also contact MS's support and ask. :)
