What IPS monitors (4:3/5:4) have the full range of motions/adjustments?

Go to solution Solved by Glenwing,

Hi. So a while ago I've figured out that the Dell U2414H is the only 1080p & IPS monitor that has the full range of motions. If you know another monitor that does as well please let me know.

I wanted two monitors that had those adjustments, so I originally planned to get two of those monitors, but I'm now thinking that since this is $250, I should find a cheaper second monitor. (To be clear, I'm still going to be buying on of the Dells, but a different second monitor.)

So I was thinking I'll either have to comprimise and get a second monitor that probably won't be the same height as the first one or get a monitor of a different aspect ratio.

So for this thread, I want to ask: Since other 1080p & IPS monitors don't have height adjust, what IPS monitors can I find that are 4:3 or 5:4 that have the full range of motions/adjustments?

I'm not sure on the desired resolution yet. I'm thinkin' 1600x1200.

(Also, if there IS another monitor that's 1080p and IPS that has height adjust, please let me know. I'm just not making it the main question of this thread because I've already asked it here before.)

The U2414H is certainly not the only 1080p IPS monitor with a fully adjustable stand. To name a few:

Dell P2214H

Dell P2314H

Dell P2414H

Dell P2714H

Every 1080p UltraSharp monitor

ASUS PB238Q

ASUS PA238Q

Acer B247HYL

If you want a fully adjustable 5:4 or 4:3 IPS monitor, pickings are a little slimmer. Perhaps the Dell P1914S.
