Works fine for me. And it says it is for Tygon tubing which - as far as I know - is flexible, so almost certainly not suitable for acrylic/petg tubing.

No it will NOT work for hardline.

You need hardline fittings

Hello quick question are these compression fittings good for hardline tubing(PETG)?

No those are for soft tubing you need hardline compression fittings like theses of the correct OD for your tubing, any hardline compression will work with acrylic PETG, and copper.

No those fittings are for soft tubing hence the barb which the soft tube sits on then the screw on part clamps onto the tube and compresses it to both seal it and keep it in place.

what's better bitspower fittings or monsoon fittings?

They all do the same thing, just buy what you can afford and think looks the best to suit your build's theme.

They are about the same, comparing the bitspowers and the Monsoon Ecoonmy hardline fittings that compresses and oring to the walls of the tube to create that water tight seal. The other version of the monsoon hardline (chain gun style and hardline centers) requires a collar to be installed with UV glue so it's a bit more work and hassle.

Requires collar:

http://www.performance-pcs.com/monsoon-chain-gun-hardline-compression-fittings-3-8-x-1-2-white.html

No collar needed like Bitspowers:

The reason for the extra work is for people who want to glue and forget. Either way either they both do the same job. Just get what you can afford OP.
