well I recently put my rad config to pull with h100i with aerocool ds 1500 rpm 120mm fans and saw lower temps so I got excited and started to oc my 4790k in bios (z97m gaming) set vcore to 1.1 and and cpu ratio 44x100bc I have now been running intel burn test 4 30 minz. tempz don't go over 80c is this okay

Wrong section, and 44x is the defualt turbo boost, try to get 46x and under 75c

at 1.1V that sounds like somethings wrong, it might not be seated correctly.
