HTML Bootstrap Troubleshooting

i am currently overhauling my personal site (http://rapcr.co.uk/) and am trying to get bootstrap pills/ tabs to cange the content. as you can see by the source code i believe i have it right but when i change the content it still shows that the old content is active so i cant go back. It makes more sence if you go to the link and click 'menu \/' and try it. I need help please

Not related to topic... but the logo on your website is at an extremely high resolution. R.I.P. dialup users

Tbh who uses dial up anymore, fuck. i mean i'm using a 680 and a 1366 cpu but hell, dial up had a reason to die out

Looks great, as a personal preference I like to have the page name in the title, EG: RAPCR | Home; RAPCR | Contact; looks great though
