It seems like every single time i try to log onto XBL to play theres some service that is down, either purchasing content, logging on, or playing multiplayer...

Could be connection errors more so than a problem on XBL's end. Are you running over wifi? I've find that throws all sorts of interesting errors.

Nah, no connection issue, i always check at xbox.com/status

Have you checked your UPnP settings/NAT settings?
I remember that used to cause some connection issues with my Xbox 360, not sure how things work on the Xbox One though.

This has happened a huge amount since the Xbox one's release unfortunately, the Xbox 360 would rarely go down but evr since Xbox one it goes down just as much idk wtf they do to fuck shit up all the time lol

I rarely encounter a problem with connecting to Live services, but maybe your geographical region isn't well supported?
