Favourite membrane/rubber dome keyboard?

Here's something a little out-of-the-ordinary..

What are your favourite membrane/rubber dome keyboards, guys? I own a few mechanicals and like the browns, but need something much more quiet for at night times. Plus, I occasionally get some discomfort after typing for a long time on my browns, possibly due to my wrist/finger problems not so long ago. Was wondering if the Corsair K30/40 is any good? It certainly looks nice, and after switching entirely to PBT keycaps on my mech boards, I'd love some subtle backlighting like that. RBG? Even better. The K40 is available here for $75, whereas mechs start at like $120. Oh the woes of Australian IT tax..

Leave your thoughts below please and yes, we all know mechs are objectively better.

Really? PS/2 is N-key rollover, right? I intend to play games at night with whatever board I get.

The original Logitech G15. I bought one right when it came out and it still works today.

How's the G105 in comparison to this? It's only $50 here and the G15 has that LCD on it like wtf.

That's an important side-note I forgot to include.. I bought an MX Blue board recently and I really don't like it. CM Storm Rapid-I. I feel like the backplate makes the key switches feel more resistance in a way that I really dislike. I actually preferred my old Razer Blackwidow to that board. MX Reds are something I need to maybe get back in my life, though. Traded my old Reds board.

I have never used a G105, so I can't really say. It looks like a G510 with less macro keys and without the LCD.

If that is the case, then it's a pretty good rubber dome keyboard.

That LCD can be quite handy. It can be used for monitoring a variety of things in different games, and can be used to show GPU stats without the need for an OSD.

I picked up the CM Storm Devastator mouse and keyboard combo. Personally for $30 it's the best membrane keyboard out there! Plus the really strong backlight looks GREAT during late night gaming.

Yeah I saw JayzTwoCentz' review on that combo. The keyboard looked pretty nice but the mouse looked pretty sub-par IMO.

Alright, well maybe I'll look at one of those then, especially since they're so cheap. The LCD looks horrible IMO and I'd much rather just use an OSD. Personal preference, though.

This. The only thing I have ever had to do to mine is replace some faulty LEDs. Aside from that it's my go to spare Keyboard.

mmm, N-Key rollover is something that you can get with PS/2, but it's dependent on the keyboard rather than the bus, for example, the IBM Model M keyboard did not support N-key rollover, if you wanted that, you needed a Model F. The real advantage that you get with PS/2 is interrupt signals rather than USB's queueing signals. Means that with PS/2, when you press a key, it takes priority over all other things, so your computer stops what it's doing to register the keystroke.

Non mech, comfy, quiet and great build quality.
I prefer it over my brothers higher end corsair mech.

Maximums - Asus Z97-K /w i5 4690 Bclk @106.9Mhz * x39 = 4.17Ghz, 8GB of 2600Mhz DDR3,.. Gigabyte GTX970 G1-Gaming @ 1550Mhz
