[TUTORIAL] Mounting paritions on Linux without root

pmount is the same as mount but does not require root nor editing the fstab file.
Usage is the same as mount only you dont use a direct folder but a folder in media. So instead of:

sudo mount /dev/sdb1 /media/USB1

 

you do

 

pmount /dev/sdb1 USB1

 

As pmount can not mount in any other directory than /media as a rootless limitation.
