Cheapest computer to run League of legends max 60fps

I'm planning a build for a friend and the only thing he wants it to do is run LoL at 60 max and no other games for the cheapest. He does not care for expand-ability so I figured an APU would do great so this is the build I've come up with right now: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/TnJMNG

Do you think this is a good option? Could I do with a cheaper mobo? Or is there another build you think would be better?

Right now the resolution is likely to be 1680x1050 if not then 1600x900. Do you think this build can do 60 fps max at 1080 for LoL?

I had a build something like this setup a while ago.

Only real difference was 2133 RAM and a 7870k.

should be fine.

Someone told Luke and Linus at CES 2017 to "Unban the legend known as Jerakl" and that's about all I've got going for me. (It didn't work)

You don't need 8GB for League. And being heavily single-threaded, it's a game where Intel will easily mop the floor with AMD.

Microcenter has the a10 7850k and 7870k with MSI a68h MB for like 110 and 130

Stay away from EVGA mem

The 7870k comes with an awesome cooler, 7850k not so much.

AN R9 380 will work on the cheap 68 board but it covers the tiny chipset heatsink which is the hottest part on the board.

You can use any PSU you have thats has atx conections. Ran mine on a 220 watt Liton from an old emachines.

The fx-6300 is a stronger cpu and one guy here has one with a gtx 660 and swears buy it

95 bucks with MB also

Best Buy has price match garentee.

When I got a bad board it was nice having a brick and mortor store to return too. They were great there too.

Does he have anything around he can use? PSU? Case?

psu is rated highly (surprisingly) and you can overclock the g3258 on this motherboard.

You could get a 300-350w seasonic/XFX PSU for 30 USD. No rebates on those suckers. Could shave some money off.
