Here's what has happened to my planned Rig after some post-processing

  • Intel i7 3770K
  • ASRock Z77 Pro4-M
  • 2*4GB Kingston HyperX Fury RAM
  • Seagate Barracuda 1TB

  • GTX 750 Ti

What's your opinion?

What parts do you already have? I migth switch out the headset and PSU if I were you.

I assume you have a motherboard with that i3? Otherwise why not build a Skylake system?

They do sell them here, but for a very expensive price

If you can do one 2 TB drive rather than 2 1TB drives you might be able to get an R9 270?

The R9 270 seems to be priced similarly to the 750 ti. Thats good.

Is it possible you can get a worse i7 for a better GPU? Like a 3770 (no K) and an R9 280?

Nope. The R9 280 is way expensive even if I got the i7 3770.

Nah, stick with the 3770k if you're doing heavily multithreaded applications. If you're mostly going to be gaming then get the i5 6600k.
