SteelSeries 9H Not Working

Ok so i just bought the Steelseries 9H, and there is no sound comming from it. I tried everything, all cables and extensions.
When i tried to google a solution to this, i saw other people having the same problem so i imagine it can be fixed, though i didnt

find any answer to make the headset work. Some said it just worked suddenly. Thx..  :(
