How do I change the color of the bar on top of every window in W10?

Think its the color you choose in the personalize settings place.

Odd, could have sworn that was how you changed it in windows 8... Maybe they changed it...

in Chrome you can search for themes, for other programs not possible atm. I have tried some theme stuff but none of them changed the colour.

The funny thing is that the people who post these USUALLY haven't tried ANYTHING to fix their problem. Someone on here the other day said that their task manager was messing up. He'd done NOTHING to try and fix it. Not even a restart. This thread is an exception, but still.
