Small server pc for gaming?

I'm looking at building a pc to run a server and i was wondering if i could get some help picking out the parts. I've currently got an Z97S Krait edition motherboard and an EVGA 500w power supply that i can use. What kind of server can i build with those? Would it be better/cheaper to use those or should i buy all new parts?

Is it going to be a dedicated server or will you be using it as your machine also? Just wondering because your title says "small server pc for gaming"

Its going to be a dedicated server. Im going to be using it for ARK mostly.
