My new pc

Salve19

This is my first pc build and I have other parts on eBay and craigslist to make the build $860.

http://pcpartpicker.com/p/zqXjMp

Since I don't know much about computers please give me advice on what to have instead of what I have listed. Ps I am not going to get any type of ssd and already have optical drive

Also just want to play games at 60fps and 1080p. Not going to video edit or stuff, just YouTube and gaming.

Switch the z97 board to a good h81 to save some money and get an ssd if you can. You could also save some cash by not "getting" windows.

If you're not getting a ssd then get a WD Black drive instead, they are the fastest HDDs you can get for the price.

I think I will get a SAPPHIRE R9 290 Tri-X 4GB OC for $230 instead. I think it is better and also decided to get a solid state hybrid drive instead of Wd black 1tb. I think this is the final thing so if anyone says anything else I will look and research it but you guys know more than me.

But I found a 500w for $10

No. Just no.

Think the psu as the heart of your system.

Getting a bad psu may damage your components, even fry them and also put you in danger (fires, etc)
