Is it safe to remove windows.old folder?

So all of the old files are gone?

 

Notice the lack of old Windows folder. :P

edit: When I reset my Win10 upgrade for a clean install, I did make sure to tell Windows to get rid of all files before hand so it was completely fresh.

As you guys know, most of us updated to windows 10. Now the question, is it safe to remove Windows.old folder? I've made a backup of it.

Yes. As long as its not full of information you want to keep, just delete it. <3

Should be fine. I do recommend doing a reset after the upgrade to ensure everything is as clean as possible.

Use windows cleanup its more thorough with the junk files
