since its plastic in a most likely metal case, its most likely screwed in or riveted. just break the rivets

edit: a quick look at the product page says they are removable?

you can unscrew it from the bottom

The HDD cages are completely modular and can be arranged in any configuration you like. They can be installed on top of each other, hung under the 5.25″ bays, or even separated with one under the 5.25″ bays and one at the bottom. If you decide to install a radiator at the front of the case, you will need to install the cage(s) in the rear most location, or simply leave them out all together. The sky is the limit as to how you can configure the 3.5″ cages. Removing the cages requires accessing the bottom of the case to gain access to the screws that hold the cage’s base plates in place. The included user’s manual will lead you to believe the cages can be removed by just sliding them off their base plate, but the case’s lower frame rail will block you from removing them this way.

Thats that. If you need to get in touch chances are you can find someone that knows me that can get in touch.

Oh ok those are pretty easy you will need to take off the front panel to get access to the rivets and drill them out with say a 1/8" drill bit, also the metal underneath is usually not finished where t overlaps of the rivets so you might need to get a paint marker or metal paint to match the black.

If it's a removable cage, then it should slide out. Keep in mind the motherboard (or cables) can get in the way.

Otherwise to remove rivets, you just drill them out.

There are plastic tabs on both sides of the case you need to force to bend and push the front panel to remove it, it can be a bit tricky:
