Phone advice

So I basically have two decisions so far (Prices in Canadian Dollars):

 

- I can go to walmart and get a Samsung Galaxy S6 with a plan for only $150 

- Or go to Canada Computers and pick up an unlocked Asus Zenfone 2 for $250 

 

 

I was wondering which should I go for, and I would also like suggestions on other phones. Keep it at $250 and under.

In my opinion Zenfone is dissapointing.

Any suggestions? If I am buying an unlocked one it has to be $250 or under.
