Windows 10? Well buddy, you have to buy a new OS for a new motherboard.

Download ProduKey, take a pic of your serial key and do a clean install of Windows 10

That's for a clean installation, but the OP ask how to re activate Windows on a new motherboard and he is using Windows 10. Base on what Microsoft say, you have to buy a new Windows 10 key if you are planning to upgrade motherboard.
